University employees: taking care of your membership fee as of 1.5.2025

The automatic collection of the membership fees for members of the Finnish Union of University Professors working in universities has been discontinued on 1 May 2025. The collection is suspended at universities for the time being. For this reason, during weeks 20-21, we are sending members an invoice with payment reference numbers for taking care of the membership fee independently. We have also included the reference numbers for the rest of the year just in case.  It is important that membership fees are up to date, e.g., because of membership in the unemployment fund and for the payment of possible strike allowance.
