Professors’ opinions on good governance and decision-making at universities

A working group established by the Board of the Finnish Union of University Professors drafted surveys for members, local chapters and collegium chairs in 2025.

The Board has made a summary of the internal report submitted by the working group. The summary presents the empirical data and responses from the surveys as well as the working group’s recommendations and conclusions.
